The new products you purchase from Universal Physicians, LLC are satisfaction guaranteed. If any product fails to meet your reasonable expectations, it may be returned for replacement or refund less shipping. The product must be returned in the original packaging or in preapproved packaging within the 30-day period.

Along with the guarantee, Universal Physicians covers the new product under a one year limited warranty. Universal Physicians guarantees they will repair or replace a malfunctioning unit or will issue a refund less shipping upon receipt of the unit. This warranty pertains to malfunctions which occur during normal use and normal operating conditions on products that are purchased as “new”

Most orders ship within 2-4 business days* after they are processed, except when noted. Most domestic shipments arrive via UPS Ground, 3-7 business days after they are shipped.

Credit card orders are billed within 24 hours of shipment date, though an initial credit card authorization typically takes place the same business day an order is placed.

Universal Physicians’s website and US direct retail businesses are operated within the continental US for customers within the US and therefore do not ship or bill to international addresses. Universal Physicians delivers to street addresses (not P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO) in the continental US only.
